PartVox is a service of Threshold Technology LLC, an Ohio company that does business as PartVox ("PartVox," "we," "us"). This policy describes what we collect and how we use it when you visit partvox.com, call the Partvox demo line, call a phone line answered by the Partvox voice agent on behalf of a participating salvage yard, or take part in our text messaging program.
When you call a line answered by Partvox. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and you are told so at the start of the call. We collect your caller ID, the name and callback number you provide, the vehicle and part details you describe (such as year, make, model, part, specs, and VIN if you choose to provide it), your location and pickup/shipping preference, and the recording and transcript of the conversation.
When you take part in our text messaging program. We collect your mobile number, your consent, the messages we send you, and the replies you send back (for example, a VIN or a correction to your request).
When you visit partvox.com. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Plausible) that do not collect personal identifiers. If you email us, we receive what you send.
We use the information you provide on a call to assemble your parts request into a lead and deliver it to the salvage yard whose line you called, so their team can call you back. We use the text messaging program to send you a confirmation of your request and to collect fitment details you may need to read off your vehicle. We also use call recordings and transcripts to operate, troubleshoot, and improve the service. If you contact us as a yard owner, prospective client, or business partner — by calling the demo line, emailing us, or signing up — we use your business contact information for our own follow-up, sales, and account management. We do not use your information for third-party marketing of any kind.
Text messages are sent only after you verbally agree to receive them during a recorded call that you initiated. Message frequency varies and is typically one message per parts request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP or emailing trent@partvox.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
We do not sell mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent records to anyone, including lead generators, and we do not share them for any third party's marketing.
With the salvage yard you called. Your parts request exists to be delivered to that yard — that is the service. The yard uses it to call you back about your part.
With service providers. We use telephony, AI, and text messaging infrastructure providers (such as carriers and messaging aggregators) to operate the service. They process information only to deliver the service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
When required by law. We may disclose information to comply with a legal obligation or valid legal process.
We never sell your personal information, and we never share it for third-party marketing.
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages. Decline the text offer on a call and no text will be sent — your request is still captured and handled by voice. To request access to or deletion of your information, email trent@partvox.com.
We keep information that identifies you — such as your name, phone number, and contact details — only as long as needed for the purposes above and for reasonable business and legal record-keeping, then delete it. We may keep and use de-identified call transcripts to test and improve the agent and the service: identifying details such as names, phone numbers, and VINs are removed, the de-identified transcripts are no longer associated with you, and we do not attempt to re-identify them.
Yard owners, prospects, and clients are different: we keep business contact information and our relationship history in our business records (such as our CRM) for as long as we have — or are actively pursuing — a business relationship, and for reasonable record-keeping afterward. Email trent@partvox.com anytime to opt out of follow-up or ask us to remove you.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Our service and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
