These terms govern your use of partvox.com, the Partvox demo line, phone lines answered by the Partvox voice agent on behalf of participating salvage yards, and the Partvox text messaging program. PartVox is a service of Threshold Technology LLC, an Ohio company that does business as PartVox ("PartVox," "we," "us"). By using any of these, you agree to these terms.
Partvox is an AI voice agent that answers after-hours and overflow phone calls for independent salvage yards. It captures parts requests in a recorded conversation and delivers them to the yard as qualified leads so the yard's team can call back. Calls to Partvox-answered lines are recorded and transcribed, and callers are told so at the start of the call.
Program. Partvox sends transactional text messages. After you call a participating yard (or our demo line) and verbally agree on the recorded call, we send a text that confirms a summary of your parts request and asks for vehicle fitment details — such as the VIN — that you may need to read off your vehicle. Your replies are added to your request for the yard's callback.
Frequency. Message frequency varies and is typically one message per parts request.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can decline the text and your request is still captured and handled by voice.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your information, including mobile information, is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The Partvox voice agent captures and routes requests. It does not provide binding prices, confirm availability, promise delivery timing, or make warranty commitments. Pricing, availability, fitment confirmation, and sale terms come from the salvage yard's staff on the callback and are the yard's responsibility.
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no harassment or abusive calls, no attempts to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service or website, and no use of the service to send spam or unlawful communications.
Salvage yards subscribing to Partvox are governed by their service agreement with Threshold Technology LLC in addition to these terms.
The Partvox name, PartBox™, the website, and all content and software are owned by Threshold Technology LLC and protected by law. You may not use them except as allowed by these terms.
The service and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that calls will be answered, leads will be captured or delivered without error, or that text messages will be delivered, in every instance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Threshold Technology LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the service or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or, for subscribing yards, the amounts paid to us in the three months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
